While gamblers with an appreciation for stats can hedge their bets on horse races, how easy is it to pick a winner when camels hit the track? Can folks predict the likelihood that a slower-paced animal like an ostrich may very well grow bored and decide to walk in the other direction, or stop and eat dirt?
