For many people, high school prom was a total bust. Yet for some reason, prom-themed parties for adults are usually a pretty good time. This will certainly be the case for [Queer] PROM 2012 at Hell's Kitchen. The evening will feature the kind of things folks may remember about the most important night of their teenage life: prom photos, the crowning of the king and queen, and a packed dance floor. However, there will also be special grownup events and amenities, including burlesque performances from Queenie Von Curves and Switch the Boi Wonder, drink deals, and cocktails. DJ Shannon Blowtorch will be spinning tunes all evening, and there will also be appetizers and a silent auction.
