More About

So what have St. Paul artists been up to this winter? Quite a lot, judging from what's going on at the 33rd annual Saint Paul Art Crawl. During this self-guided tour through Lowertown, downtown, Harriet Island, Grand Avenue, University Avenue, Raymond Avenue, and other unexpected places in our capital city, guests will be able to visit more than 300 studios and galleries in over 25 buildings. Pieces on display and for sale will range from work by seasoned pros to budding artists, and include painting, print work, pottery, jewelry, and other mediums. In addition to art, other activities are scheduled as well, such as live music at the Black Dog Cafe with Todd Harper and his Angry Birds and DJ BK-One, open rehearsals with the St. Paul City Ballet, and Friday night's SoundCrawl parade featuring Kill the Vultures, Laptopia Laptop Marching Band, and art cars at 6:30 p.m. For locations, special happenings, and more, visit stpaulartcrawl.org.
