Comedian Danny Bevins likes to talk about current events even though he has a hard time following them, at least on cable news. "When I get my news, I've got to read it," he explains. "That's the only way I can retain it. I can't watch the news [on TV], because there's too much stuff going on. They've got the dude talking, then the crawl, and some other stuff going on, and I can't do all that. If I try, I'm totally screwed. I'm worried about what and why, because I sit there and go, 'What? Why? Why would you have a pet tiger?'" Still, standup beats working for a living. Bevins thinks having a job is the worst. "You gotta know your job," he says. "You gotta know everything about your job. And you have to know everybody's job around you. Not so you can be a better employee, but so you can say, 'Hey, that's not my fucking job! I don't do that. That's Bill's job.'" 18+.
