If there's one thing that roller derby has taught audiences, it's that racing around a track can be a brutal sport—especially if you're doing it on wheels. While you should probably never try this at home, it's always fun to see the toughest ladies in town do it for top bragging rights and pints of beer at the after party. At tonight's game, dubbed 2012: A Skate Odyssey, the undefeated Violent Femmes will take on the Banger Sisters while Delta Delta Di will do battle against the Kilmore Girls. Radium will get the crowd riled up with a jam set before the game, and R&B favorites Black Blondie will keep things lively with music at half time.
