The 126th annual Winter Carnival won't be here for another two weeks, but that doesn't mean Minnesotans can't start celebrating a little early. At this pre-party, folks will be able to check out the work of local talent DWITT, who created this year's Winter Carnival buttons, as well as the poster for the festival's Beer Dabbler event. The artist will be on hand to talk and sign posters, and those who purchase certain items will be entered to win tickets to the Dabbler. Live music for the evening will be provided by Big Trouble, and beer specials will also be on tap.
