The characters featured in the artwork of Chuck U reside in a strange world filled with houses floating on guns, swirling landscapes, and robot arms. The characters are pretty odd themselves, and include giant wolves, dapper gents with visible digestive systems, and spacemen crawling through alien life. This Friday, the local artist's whimsical, highly detailed work will be on display at a bash in his honor at Nomad World Pub. At the party, folks will be able to check out new and old prints and paintings, and there will be a fashion show featuring T-shirts designed by the artist. The evening's soundtrack will be provided by Crimes, the Set, Sean Anonymous, and Ecid. The last two on that list will be debuting new music videos during the evening as well. 21+. (Dogsuit)
