More About

While kids rule the Science Museum of Minnesota during the day, adults get to play in the evening, thanks to Social Science. Here, folks 21 years of age and older are invited to explore visiting and permanent displays while enjoying appetizers, cocktails, live music, trivia, and other grownup activities. In celebration of the space's latest show, "Identity," which examines all of the factors that make individuals who they are, the theme of tonight's party is "masquerade." Guests are invited to bring a dramatic mask to put on once inside, or to make one during the event with the mind-bendingly creative folks at In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre. Looking to make it a date night? Take a walk through the winter wonderland at Rice Park, or spend some time skating at the Landmark Plaza before warming up at the museum. 21+.
