There's no denying that most holiday-themed entertainment offerings this time of year veer off into the overwhelmingly saccharine side. Thankfully, tonight's performance at the Loring Theater is far from family-friendly. Sure, there may still be jingling bells, red noses, and dancing sugar plums, but the ladies and gents participating will be presenting the type of sultry cabaret intended only for grownups. During the evening, folks from Black Hearts Burlesque will showcase the holiday spirit with performances by Josephine Belle, Elektra Cute, and Dahlia Dulce. RedBone, fire dancer Fiona Flameteaser, and Chicago's Red Hot Annie will also be heating things up, in addition to drag performances from Lucy Furr and Switch the Boi Wonder. Mistress Victoria Deville will play host. Although this evening is mostly naughty, it will have a dash of nice: Bring a warm winter coat to donate to folks in need and you'll receive a discounted ticket.
