While many Americans would die without their morning coffee, us tea drinkers are far less melodramatic about our dependency to caffeine. But whether you're a regular consumer or just interested in sampling, this tea-oriented event is not to be missed. Throughout the weekend, guests will be able to try over 100 fresh, local brews from Mrs. Kelly, such as the farmers' market favorite Earl Blue and seasonal Christmas blends. Folks will also be able to take in seminars from local food entrepreneurs, including, Muddy Paws Cheesecake, Saint Agnes Bakery, and chocolate experts B.T. McElrath Chocolatier. Looking for something cozy to put your tea in? Handmade pottery will also be for sale. All admission proceeds benefit Second Harvest Food Shelf and/or Perspectives Kids Café.
