C. Willi Myles brands himself as "America's everyday comedian." It's an apt description for sure. "I got that title from a promotions manager at a radio station," he says. After 17 years in the business he can tell jokes to college kids, old folks, or anyone in between. Inspired by standups like Bill Cosby and Sinbad, Myles employs a similar mix of observational and storytelling humor. He would seem to be the perfect comic to see around the Thanksgiving holiday. "Vegetarians shouldn't show up for Thanksgiving, it's not your holiday," he tells an audience. He rejects the notion that vegetarians are saving animals. "You're eating their food! It's your fault. You're killing them." Popular as he is, Myles has no desire to be on the talk shows of David Letterman or Jay Leno. "They only give you five minutes," he explains. "It takes me eight minutes just to get to my name." 18+.
