"Up with mini-skirts!" reads a sign greeting customers who walk into Up Six Vintage, a chic little shop in St. Paul brimming with vintage clothes, accessories, and furniture. For its 10-year anniversary as Snelling Avenue's little-vintage-store-that-could, it's celebrating the big day with a party at the Turf Club. The night's costume theme is vintage, of course, with a little bit of Halloween inspiration (it's advised that you stay away from French-maid ensembles). If you're already dressed up for the Zombie Pub Crawl, make sure you're a fashionable member of the undead, as no ruffians will be allowed into the contest. The grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to Up Six. The evening's entertainment includes music by Grant Cutler, Red Pens, and Little Man. Local-music favorites and Voltage vets Pink Mink will headline the show.
