For over a decade the Northern Clay Center has hosted the American Pottery Festival, a three-day celebration featuring sales, juried pieces, lectures, and workshops. This year's event kicks off Friday night with a benefit party where guests will find food, drinks, and pottery for sale, including work by Warren MacKenzie. Attendees will also be able to bid in the silent auction and enter to win prizes. The sale will continue the following two days as the festival offers other special happenings ranging from demonstrations to panel talks to art presentations.
