Summer is all about feeling good, and so is Summer of Dresses. The philosophy behind the local blog is simple: wear a dress, take a photo, post it online, and shine. It's a casual space where women can represent themselves in a way that makes them feel attractive, as well as interact with each other. This season, the Summer of Dresses has been out on the town, and women who have dug each other's online style can network in person. Since all sorts of women go to these events—from vintage fiends to designer fans—there is an opportunity to make friends outside of your usual circle. This particular Frocktail gathering pokes fun at the women's friendly competition with the dapper dudes of Metro magazine's Men's Night by "crashing" their event. While Men's Night officially ends at 7 p.m., the ladies will stick around as long as the good times roll. Look for the lovely ladies in dresses.
