There will be the swashbuckling Errol Flynn, no bilge rat he, giving up no quarter as The Sea Hawk (June 3-5) and Captain Blood (June 17–19). Softly, dearies, ye need more cheek? Fear not the swift cutlass and dashing nerve of Burt Lancaster in The Crimson Pirate (June 10–12). What say thee? Nay, ye desire a chantey and a romp? Gangway for the puckish plundering of Grace Kelly and Judy Garland in The Pirate (June 20 only). Needs ye more? Aye, batten down the hatches and unleash the most death-defying of buccaneers: Douglas Fairbanks in The Black Pirate, with live music by melodic minstrels the Poor Nobodys (June 24-26). Ye need not walk the plank for lack of carousal this summer. Hoist high the Jolly Roger and load the gunwales with sea-faring ventures.
