Once again the city of St. Paul will turn green at the stroke of noon. That is when bagpipers, heritage groups, families, officials, and performers will take to the streets of downtown and Lowertown for a march of Irish pride. Come early to find an ideal spot, and bring something warm to drink, like a thermos of hot chocolate (or a flask of booze). Whether you're simply taking a work break or are starting your daylong barhop, this parade marks the kickoff of the luckiest holiday.
