But thanks to taped segments and the 10-second delay, live news, sports, and entertainment on TV is becoming increasingly rare. For this installment of the History of Hip series, Tom Oszman and Jack Stahlmann from TCMedianow.com will screen a blooper reel of some of the most hilarious moments when local news shows went off the rails.
