Yeah, it's Christmas Eve -- but it's also Friday night, and hitting the clubs isn't necessarily out of the question. In that event, Karma's scored a coup. Memphis rapper Yo Gotti, who rode the early-mid '00s crunk wave with singles like 2003's Lil Jon-featuring "Dirty South Soldiers" and parlayed that into a resilient career filled with memorable guest spots, is performing tonight as a run-up to the January release of his long-awaited album Live from the Kitchen. And while much of his exposure comes with the help of the A-list talent he runs with -- Kitchen is slated to include appearances from Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy -- the draw of his recent singles owes a lot to the easy charm of his raspy, sing-song drawl.
