Whether you're looking to show off your back panel or get some new ink, the Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Convention has you covered. The three-day festival features over 200 tattoo artists from around the country who will be available to create designs and set up times for live tattooing. There will also be dozens of tattoo contests, with categories ranging from most unusual, to best sleeve, to best portrait, to tattoo of the day. In addition to artists and art wearers displaying their work, guests will be able to check out a variety of entertainment. Scheduled performances include burlesque, fire eaters, and the Enigma & Serana Rose, a couple who like to play with chainsaws and apples while blindfolded. Antique tattoos from the collection of Eddie Peace will also be on display. For more info visit www.tattooedkingpin.com.
