For Full Fashion Panic, artists from around the country were asked to create outfits celebrating Lolita, Steampunk, and cosplay fashions. Following the runway show guests can enjoy Japanese food and DJ music. The event serves as a kick-off for the Schoolgirls and Mobilesuits: Culture and Creation in Anime and Manga festival, which will feature workshops, lectures, and film screenings on topics including manga, yaoi, and cosplay.
