If last week's Fashion's Night Out is Halloween for fashionistas (meaning there's lots of little goodies to be found around town), then ENVISION is like Thanksgiving, kicking off the big holiday season before MNFashion Week is in full force. This Friday night ladies and gents will be able to gorge themselves on new fall looks from local designers and boutiques, including Amanda Christine, Calpurnia Peach, Cliché, Drama, Kjurek Couture, and Tender Cuts during an epic runway show featuring Ignite Models. Once again Rocco Altobelli Salon and Day Spas will be styling hair and makeup, and Alice Sydow will create looks as lead stylist. A board of local celebrity panelists, including Project Runway's Chris Straub, will judge the finest threads, and the winner will receive a fabulous free fashion shoot. Throughout the night, guests will be able to check out various performance art, gallery art, live collaborative painting, and projection graphics from Anthem Heart. After the event, head over to the Lounge for a rocking after party from midnight to 2 a.m., where DJ Sheik and Dani-Vi will continue to provide violin, electro, and house tunes.
