Judging from the planned activities for this artsy afternoon, Street Art should be a little like an art fair, a little like a block party, and a little bit like a boutique. Visitors can watch live art in progress outdoors, or view some artwork by youth in the community. Throughout the day, vendors will be selling their quirky items, from feminist t-shirts, to eco-friendly scarves, to cool magnets, to knick-knacks, and home décor. Live music, food and drinks, and a few sweet treats should round out this happening filled with local talent from both professional and emerging artists. (Image by Taylor Lindgren, Music is Life)
