At this month's Free First Saturday most events will be held out on the lawn. Kids can enjoy the fresh air and join the drawing club where they can create works to be featured on the Open Field's Flikr page. Over at the Sculpture Garden, tectonic industries will ask participants to ponder the definition of local, and how location affects individuals in their day-to-day lives. The results will be recorded and transformed into a video installation. Pert' Near Sandstone and the Wild Goose Chase Cloggers will give live performances of old-time tunes; a clogging and square dance workshop will follow the 11 a.m. Wild Goose show.
