If you like a little horse racing with their Fourth of July sky theatrics, this event is for you. During special hours on Saturday, guests can bet on horses until the sun goes down. Big Twang will play a live set followed by the fireworks spectacular over the racetrack. The patriotism will continue on Sunday. There will be free Hormel hot dogs to snack on throughout the day, and the afternoon highlight will most certainly be the annual Weiner Dog Race, where a dozen stumpy Dachshunds compete for top dog on 30 yards of Canterbury's track.
