The closing party for this show exploring community art and collaboration appropriately ends with an all-day festival encouraging group participation. Throughout the day the Soap Factory will be offering a variety of activities intended to activate all of the senses. For those looking to relax, there will be meditation, chanting, massage, yoga, and scent tents. There will surely be exploration at the tarot, astrology, and zine-making stations. Visitors can also listen to slam poetry and watch craft demonstrations. From 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. guests can enjoy (and contribute to) a potluck dinner. Afterward, take in music with Hoolganship & Cartune Xprez, Moonstone, and Skoal Kodiak from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Check online at www.soapfactory.org for a complete schedule of events.
