1)I don't even want to talk about John (RIP) but since it was brought up I can't help myself. To those of you who think he was killed, the same night he killed himself I received a phone call. It was John offering an apologizing and asking me to forgive him. I told him I would think about it. In response he said please think about it hard as I am sorry. I was there at the ass whoopin of Fat Freddie (I did the whoopin). I was there with the kid who's watch got took after knockin him out and waking him up several times for his stupid actions which caused me to go to jail and spend $100 to bail myself back out (I did the knocking out and waking up).
The only person that I was putting at risk was myself. But it was all to prove the point that when you live on the North Side and choose to deal with things yourself instead of calling the cops (and I hope they are monitoring this blog, punks). You take your ass whoopin and you do something to change it, or you move.

What level of intelligence do you all believe it takes to be a law enforcement officer? HA, you've got to be intelligent enough to follow orders without being intelligent enough to question them, or you wouldn't be able to turn a blind eye to the multitude of crimes that happen at your own place of business and only concentrate on the crimes that other (NON-COP) people do. The first time I was arrested as a fifteen year old the cops beat me on the way up in the elevator to Juvenile hall. This is the mind set of the people who would be Law Enforcement Officers. My Wife was a 911 Dispatcher for one of the two cities. As part of her training she had to participate in what's called a ride along with the Police. On her ride along they got a drunk and disorderly call and when they responded in the middle of winter they drove the two Native American suspects down to Plymouth Ave, took their shoes and socks, and told them to walk home from there after beating them of course. How can you be expected to know the difference between right and wrong when this is acceptable behavior? Like I said before F _ _ _ COPS!

The reason people like this are still walking our streets that we pay for is due to the lack of ethics in our Police Dept.
It is obvious they pay off the police and are informing on others.
If you or I did only one of the mentioned offences we would be locked up and keys thrown.

The Gustafson's (and most North Siders for that matter) that I knew, always said F_ _ _ the cops we'll handle this ourselves because that was all you could rely on. The cops had an agenda other than finding out what happened (a perfect example was Kathy Livingston), and North Siders have ways of getting to the reality of a situation that the cops couldn't get to. That's the reality of it f _ _ _ the cops, they don't have to live in the reality of the real North Side, they all live somewhere else but work the North Side and judge all North Siders like they were better than them.
If cops really cared about communities, they'd live in, and work to better them. Not just PATROL them HA! Me and my friends used to patrol them too, yeah we took your bike tire, do you remember why? Agree with Wendy. All of these people with their stories of being victimized should have called the police. Most of the people writing these comments as if they know the family? Their statements are half truths. Big Joe does not have a grandson named James. He DOES have a biological daughter of his own. But the point is... Why does it matter? Why are all of these people on their "nuts"? Drew Heinkel was MURDERED and all he got was a small paragraph in the Metro section of the Star Tribune! And that's a FACT. Not speculation. Not hearsay.
