For those who would rather spend Valentine's Day with family instead of fighting restaurants for a reservation or selecting the flowers that look the least wilted, this event is for you. Bring the family, your mom, or your favorite sweetie to this little festival. Take your loved one on a sleigh ride through the park, or have the kids bring their skates and help them practice their moves on the ice. If you get too chilly, stop by the bonfire and roast some marshmallows, or snack on hot dogs and let the ice melt off your coat.
