For those familiar with the neighborhoods in northeast Minneapolis, 13th Avenue contains a pretty fun pocket of theaters, restaurants, and bars. The Sno Ball will capitalize on this Saturday night as barhoppers will be invited to walk along the street and enjoy food and drink specials, a photo booth where peeps can get their mugs snapped, and an ice patio with Crispin Cider. Participating businesses include the Modern Cafe, the 331 Club, the Anchor, erte, Jon Oulman Salon, and others. At 8 p.m. guests are invited to stop in to the Ritz Theater, where Steph & Herbach from Electric Arc Radio will host a show featuring dancing from Pepper Patriot and music by Brett Tyler & the Tradewinds. The night serves as a benefit for the Sheridan Neighborhood Organization, as well as the 13th Avenue Street Lighting Project, which hopes to someday provide proper lighting in the area, so we can enjoy it without walking through the darkness.
