Pinewood derby has been championed by Boy Scouts for years, but that doesn't mean that grownups can't have some fun with the small, handmade cars as well, right? This Saturday, motorcycle/scooter shop Bluecat Motors will be inviting enthusiasts to race their cars on a temporary track in three separate categories: vintage, stock, and open mod classes. Weigh-ins are at 7 p.m. with races beginning at 8 p.m. The store will also provide tools should you have any technical difficulties, beer, and tunes between sets.
