This show actually takes place on a Sunday, but that detail isn't stopping bluegrassical group Orange Mighty Trio and choreographer Maggie Bergeron from musing on minor weekday confusion as well as the space-time continuum. The collaborators promise "an evening-length pseudo-scientific venture into the world of time and memory" by joining together their iconoclastic, melodic, and movement-based sensibilities in an original new performance. It all may sound a bit trippy, but rest assured, Orange Mighty Trio bends and blends musical genres like nobody's business (urban jazz, roots music, and classical, to name a few), and Bergeron's contemporary dance troupe will boldly respond to whatever surprises are in store.
