Drinking while dressed up as a comic-book character, monster, or maligned political figure: It's not just for college students anymore. And if you're looking for a grown-up party on Halloween, there are plenty around town. This Saturday First Avenue is having its annual costume contest and Halloween party starting at 8 p.m. for $5 ($10 at the door). Grab a drink and prepare to be judged by Ian Rans from Drinking with Ian for possible prizes.
