On display this month are new works by Amy Rice. She has previously stated that she draws inspiration from the warm memories of her past, with a dash of whimsy and a pinch of fantasy, making her work as sweet as a trip through an old family album filled with children's drawings and happy pictures. For her latest solo show, "Don't Worry, I Have a Map," she ventures into uncharted territory: the present and the future. According to the artist, this new era is filled with "vintage camper trailers, swan paddleboats, and true love." With a future this bright, we're not worried about her at all. The opening reception for both shows is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, October 9.
