This weekend, those looking for an art festival will not have to search hard. Though smaller than the Uptown and Powderhorn events, the Loring Park Art Festival is pretty spectacular. For two days festival-goers can check out work by over 140 artists, live music, and tasty treats in the park. Those looking to avoid the hell that is weekend traffic should fear not: Metro Transit will be offering free rides to the three art fairs Saturday and Sunday.
