Cake is always a great way to celebrate a birthday, but awesome dance and underpants are pretty good, too. This Monday, Nadine Dubois, who's been hosting Lili's Burlesque Revue for quite a while now, plans to party it up with the sultry, singing, shimmying ladies and gents from the Underpants Show. Drag, live music, burlesque, raunchy comedy, and other shenanigans are guaranteed. It may be swimsuit season, but birthday suits are always better.
