Justin Jones's dances are inspired by everything from cosmology and quantum mechanics to the transformative power of imaginative attention (from neuroscience, no less). What you get onstage is dance that is subtle, hyperbolic, witty, and downright scary. He's a guy with a million good ideas and the theatrical moxie to give them shape and form—not to mention a terrific bunch of collaborators including sonic wild man/performer Elliott Durko Lynch and an all-star cast including Taryn Griggs, Karen Sherman, Morgan Thorson, Max Wirsing, and Kristin Van Loon. If you want to know where contemporary performance is heading, this is the train to board. There will be a pre-show talk Friday, June 12, at 6 p.m.; a master class workshop Saturday, June 13, at 10:30 a.m.; and a post-show discussion Saturday, June 13.
