History buffs, this weekend celebration is for you. Ninety-nine years ago, the Daughters of the American Revolution held a good old-fashioned party to aid in the preservation of the home of Minnesota's first governor. Today, the Minnesota Historical Society will do the same, with special tours of the house, games from yesteryear, and 19th-century cars on display. And, of course, there will be birthday cake.
