There are four main reasons people go to bars: to hang with friends, to drink booze, to eat food, and to procure sex. Several trivia and bar-game nights have the first three covered. Play a game at some pubs and you might win a free pitcher of beer for you and your friends. If you get lucky at one of the meat raffles around town, you can select your choice of top-grade cuts. Completing this list of bar desires is the rarified Dildo Bingo night. Once a regular event at Pi Bar, the game returns for one night at the gay-friendly Bolt Underground. Ten hot-and-heavy rounds of bingo will be played, with winners receiving a sex toy donated by local love shop the Smitten Kitten. So even if you go home alone, the probability is still high that you will have a good time later. Throughout the night you can also enjoy entertainment and music by DJ Blowtorch and drag king GoGoPimp Tif. Your pleasure will go toward a good cause: Funds raised during the night benefit the Aliveness Project, an organization that supports and offers services to locals living with HIV/AIDS.
