During Blaine's Aviation Weekend, guests are invited to either drive or fly to the festival. While most participants will be doing the former, that doesn't mean you can't take to the skies; those who sign up can enjoy helicopter and open cockpit plane rides. Attendees who prefer their feet firmly on the ground can check out homebuilt, vintage, classic, warbirds, and other aircraft on exhibition. The Golden Wings and the American Wings Air museums will also be open to those interested in learning more about the history of aviation.
