Farm Babies

Is there a cuteness scale out there? If so, fuzzy animal babies would definitely rank high. This Saturday marks the opening of the Minnesota Zoo's "Farm Babies," an annual exhibit guaranteed to melt hearts and make you want to take pictures for cuteoverload.com. Baby ducks will quack and waddle behind their moms. Chicks will chirp and be fuzzy before their down becomes feathers. Piglets will roll about snorting affectionately. Bunnies, goats, and lambs will also be hopping and wobbling around. Each weekend you can wallow in cuteness, and enjoy tractor rides from the grain elevator to the farm, where the adorableness resides. April 10 and 11 will also feature additional kid-friendly activities from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; that Saturday Peter Rabbit will show up to hand out candy-colored eggs with toys and treats inside.
Fridays-Sundays, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Starts: March 27. Continues through April 12, 2009
