Arena Dances: Dancin' with Ethel

By Caroline Palmer

Published on October 22, 2008 at 6:08am

Choreographer Mathew Janczewski's Dancin' with Ethel at the Truckstop combines his sleek modern-dance sensibility with music from the internationally renowned string quartet known simply as Ethel. The evening will feature a new original score by composer Michael Croswell and a duet specifically created for two of the Twin Cities' most gifted dancers, Erin Thompson and Amy Behm-Thomson. Look for an acrobatic sensibility paired with a cool grace, and experience the rare opportunity to see dance performed with live musicians.
