Baby Loves Disco

It may have been quite awhile since you last had your soul crushed at a dance club, but the general experience hasn't changed much. Girls still cry in the bathroom, boys dance out of rhythm, and then there're the lightweights spitting up after too much overstimulation. All of these things could happen at Trocaderos this Saturday, but if they do, don't blame the partiers; they're babies, after all. Unabashed hedonism is always a suit worn best on youth, and this month's Baby Loves Disco is no exception. Tots looking to enjoy the bright lights, bumping beats, and youthful crowds with DJ Mike the 2600 King and MC Plain Ole Bill should have a smashing time. As usual there will be healthy snacks and chill areas for those who need a break between tunes. Does your child have smooth moves? Have your kiddie compete in the Best Little Dancer in America contest, where top winners across the country compete for the national title. Oh, and remember that youth is fleeting; children over seven may roll their eyes at the immaturity of the event, so be sure to keep the trip limited to the tiny tots only. Some proceeds benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand.
