Most people have a box of crayons or some markers at home, some even have colorful construction paper. And if you're really artsy, you might have some fancy paints. However, most of us probably don't have access to tools for making prints. Which is why Free Ink Day at Highpoint Center for Printmaking is so neat. Saturday afternoon, people both young and old, experienced and beginning, can learn a thing or two from staffers while utilizing the fine facilities. Generally, Free Ink Day has a theme for participants to use as a starting point of inspiration. This go-round will most likely draw from the center's current group exhibit, "Prints on Ice."
