"I recently saved a ton of money on my car insurance," Cummins says, "by fleeing the scene of the accident." This Spokane, Washington, resident is poised to leap a few rungs on the comedy career ladder when the half-hour special he filmed for Comedy Central in August airs in early 2008. Cummins's oxymoronic brew of intelligent, edgy, but clean humor has made him a favorite on the college circuit, enabling him to headline more than 90 shows this year on campuses nationwide.
