Midtown Yoga Festival

It might be a little early for a New Year's resolution, but let's face it, those little promises to ourselves rarely pan out. Real resolve takes gradual steps and lots of work. The free, first annual Midtown Global Market Yoga Festival is one of these small steps toward health, balance, and focus. Offering a full day of workshops, speakers, vendors, and performances at one of the Twin Cities' most vibrant local markets, the festival will give a glimpse at the different styles of, beliefs related to, and activities connected to yoga.
