MHA is a statewide, non-political, nonsectarian, nonprofit organization providing information and support to homeschoolers. We host a variety of events, including workshops, family dances, and teen events. We also sponsor a booth at the Minnesota State Fair. Members receive a "How To" handbook and quarterly newsletter.

FIRST AID FOR DENTAL EMERGENCIES-Knocked Out Permanent Tooth. Find the tooth. Handle the tooth by the top (crown) not the root portion. You may rinse the tooth, but DO NOT clean or handle the tooth unnecessarily. Try to reinsert it in its socket. Have the child hold the tooth in place by biting on a clean gauze or cloth. If you cannot reinsert the tooth, transport the tooth in a cup containing milk or water. See a dentist IMMEDIATELY! Time is a critical factor in saving the tooth.

Young Audiences of Minnesota is a non-profit organization dedicated to making the arts an essential part of every child's education and development. Through an extensive roster of professional artists, YA offers large group performances, workshops and residencies well-suited to school and community venues. Diverse cultures and artistic disciplines are represented. Subsidizing funding may be available for residency programs in schools. Call to receive a programming catalog.
