well duh that is how Hmong men are....... If Khoua Her was a men everyone would be defending him but since Khoua her is a female everyone is on her husband side because the men have more power..... I think what Khoua say is true... Some Hmong men are just big jerk who dont want to get caught when doing something terrible... OMG SMH Hmong meeting is bullshit all they tell the women is to be patience and that they are wrong to keep quiet.... some people can only go so far if they cant take it no more then what can u do but call the cops since this is america....
