FROM A POSTING by radio talk host David Brauer to the online forum MN-POLITICS: "I was approached this Wednesday to have Rep. Loren Jennings appear on my KSTP [radio] show by a representative of the Himle Horner public-relations firm--which flacks for Minnesota Wins. I've never had PR flacks pitch a state rep, begging the question: Is Minnesota Wins working for Loren, or is it the other way around?" The spinmeister later buzzed Brauer to "correct" the posting: "I'm not a PR 'flack.' I'm a PR 'specialist.'"
